A capacity sold-out crowd of 250 fans, inevitably U2 fans in the main, meet and greet each other like long-lost friends. Much hugging and kissing is entailed, many pleased to see each other once again and all excited on the prospects of an unknown setlist. Rumour is there are new songs on the agenda, ones not previously played by the purveyors of all-things U2, and even songs not played that often by the real thing themselves.
U2Baby recently played an intimate gig at Boyles of Slane in Ireland. U2 fans at the Church Cafe Bar & Restaurant have really been enjoying the craic this week as they continue to pay homage to the best band on the planet. The #WelcomeToTheNorthside event, which is organised every time Bono, The Edge, Larry and Adam gig in town, is in full swing and you can still take advantage of what is to come until Saturday 10th.
September in Malta is hot hot hot... and humid, but that didn’t stop the crowd getting behind the 90 minute set played by U2Baby at Swieqi Fest 2018.
Following their first visit to the Cavern in October 2017, U2Baby were rebooked to play in early 2018. This show was a complete sell out with 98% of the tickets selling out days before the gig.
An 8000 mile round trip, a 45 minute set and a 5000 strong crowd on the most impressive of stages... that was Tribfest Bahrain.
